What are the safety precautions taken by HRM in Sri Lanka?
Introduction.

Present Training Programs - HR departments must provide representatives yield to OSHA regulations. Should provide proper meals to the workers. Next the workers who working with computers can use blue ray filters, so that it will not cause to eyesight.
For an example – BOC, Sampath and more, the employees who work there are busy with the works and some felt sick, feeling headache so that they don’t to their works due to tiredness and some accounts and financial errors may occur, so for that time to time use change workers and give them breaks and provide them necessary meals and provide some holidays for them.

Conclusion.
Human
Resource Management have many responsibilities running the company, but it’s
essential to your employee’s health that safety precautions isn’t overlooked.
These instructions will support you maintain organization safety and avoid
possibly harmful effects that will not influence your representatives but
likewise your basement position.

Even in a developed country like the USA, according to SHRM research indicates that approximately 33% of American employees and almost 20% of HR professionals either don’t know or are unsure of what to do if they witness or are involved in a workplace violence incident. So this is a global issue and everyone should be educated.
Employees will feel safer in their work and more secure in carrying out their responsibilities if they know their boss has taken the required steps. Higher retention and lesser absenteeism will benefit the employer. good one
