Importance of learning & development in an organization

Introduction

Learning is a key part of the business atmosphere; different complications generally present themselves in the course of business processes and without extended research and expansion programs employees may be allowed with a most of uncertainties that may weaken the variety and quality of their production. Without the required ability and skills, it would grow into inaccessible for economic and non- economic organizations to bring out their planned operations successfully and even exploit on concentration and opportunities while at the same moment reducing on threats and weaknesses. (Kourdi J,2009)

Importance

Learning and development schemes are highly paramount within numerous functional states of an organization and are moved out by the L&D function simultaneously with the human resource management. It is through the learning and development process that employees and managers can identify how to correctly carry out their tasks with the highest rate of performance therefore bringing the organization at an aggressive advantage. (Yukl G,2001)

The success of the learning and development process, specifically the need appraisal stage must be worked out precisely and precisely as it is the essential for many succeeding L&D projects. This is absolutely correct because unless the different needs are exactly diagnosed and well figured out, formerly the preceding steps may end up being worthless and of no concern, and as a result will not raise the global yield of the individual employees and organizational workforce. The strength of L&D professionals to address the organization in an appropriate-determined manner and carrying out simultaneously with the organization is accordingly somewhat remarkable in objectively instilling observation that is involved within the company.

Organizational managers require to deal with that understanding and development needs within an organization failure under three specific stages and it, therefore, turns into significant to focus on all these achievements when planning learning programs. Individual needs, job level needs and supervisory stage L&D needs are all extremely significant to an efficiently performing organization and accordingly none should be neglected. (Smith E.S, 2008)

Conclusion

The organizational environment of the business system is rapidly dealt with with variations. Hence it belongs to necessary to identify as change exists thus the normal process of working out organization and bringing out business processes further variations or turns into archaic (Kourdi p.17). For that reason, turns into certain that management and leadership to construct understanding and improvement projects that will set up employees to easily carry out tasks that they are involved to move out within the organization with a strong standard of certainty and performance.
